We take every effort to provide descriptions of all the products that are correct and current. However, we do not claim that product information, including product description and price or any information contained in the website will always be without error. We make no guarantee against corrections and changes to product information, pricing, and product availability and such changes can be made without prior notice.
We offer a variety of products including branded wristwatches for men and women. The types of wristwatches available for sale in the market include but not limited to analog, digital or hybrid watches and materials including but not limited to stainless steel, leather, ceramic, etc. Manufacturer’s warranty is available for all the watches and we always check that each watch is in perfect condition before shipping.
Ordering and Payment
When You order on the Site, You make an offer of purchase of the selected Products. All Orders are subject to stock availability. We accept only Cash on Delivery (COD) for all purchases. When the order is made, our manager will contact you to confirm the order and to prepare the order for shipping. It will be the delivery men who will collect the payment at the time of delivery of the products to the customers.
Important Note:
Cash on Delivery is the only available method of payment for now.
Make sure the amount to be paid is in hand at the time of delivery.
In case you do not pay during the delivery process, the order will be subjected to cancellation.
Shipping and Delivery
We have domestic and international shipping service. Therefore, the cost of shipping and time of delivery will vary according to your area and selected shipping method. When your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email which includes a tracking number that can be used to track your order.
Domestic Orders: normal delivery time is between 3-7 business days depending on your location.
International Orders: delivery time is country dependant and can take up to 15-30 business days.
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate, as we cannot be responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect information.
Deductions from the Returns/Exchanges section It is the priority of Tariq’s Treasure Store to satisfy all of its customers. Therefore, should you wish to cancel with us, we have a return policy of 3 days, applicable only to those watches that are unused and unworn.
Because of this, please consider the following conditions:
– The watch must be returned in its original condition, including packaging, manuals, and tags.
– Return or exchange process must commence within three days from the product delivery date.
– Return shipping cost is shouldered by the customer unless the item is faulty or defective upon receipt.
– You may not return or exchange any items that have been used and/or are not in their original packaging. We reserve the right to decline such return or exchange.
– To return or exchange any item, please call our customer service and provide your order number.
Warrantee All of our watches are sold with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty covers all of the following:
– Defects/malfunctions of the timepieces arising during the course of standard wear and use.
– Repairs/ replacements of broken parts/movements within the warranty period.
There are exceptions to the warranty provisions, as follows:
– Damage resulting from impact, improper use, immersion in water unless marked as such, or opening the watch without authorization.
– Everyday damage, such as scratches on the glass and wear of leather straps and other parts that do not affect the movement.
If you wish to activate the warranty, please provide our customer support division with your order parameters, and we will assist you in filing the claim.

We regard your privacy as our utmost priority, and we will do all in our power to safeguard your personal details. We only gather and maintain necessary information that is needed for the processing of your orders, delivery of the products, and general enhancement of your online purchasing experience.
