Return & Exchange Eligibility:
Full refunds (excluding shipping) on your returned watch will be provided within 3 days of delivery.
Watches that do not pass customer service quality inspection (i.e. scratched, used, or damaged) will be sent back to you without a refund.
In the event that you change your mind, return the watch, unworn and in the condition you received it. All packing materials, user guides and accessories (if available) must be enclosed.
The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer. We do not hold any duty over lost or damaged items.
What We Need to Process a Return/Exchange:
A proof of purchase, such as a photocopy of the sales receipt or packing slip invoice is a must in processing for reimbursement. Refunds will be made in the original payment method.
Policy on the Return of Smart Watches
Change of Mind: Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind; only products that are defective or damaged are covered by the warranty.
Exemptions to the Policy:
- Bluetooth connection must not go over 10 meters.
- Don’t use super chargers or over the limit charging.
- Always keep the mobile app on to maintain connection.
- Do not exceed the stated water resistance to avoid damages.
- Battery life depends on usage and connection performance.
- This is not a replacement for invasive monitoring systems offered in fitness center.
- How products appear can be different due to screen limitations.
- Be cautious when handling to avoid damage due to falling or rough usage.
Returns Validity:
This warranty does not cover claims related to contamination from dust, dirt or any other particulates.
Both Warranty and Returns are not applicable for misuse by customer, repairs done without authority and Acts of God.
Right to Refuse Returns:
Returns or exchanges refused if there are signs of wear, missing parts (tags, manuals, box), or any damage to the watch or packaging.
